LIFETIME:
Divon warrants to the original retail purchaser all unexposed Wood and Steel frame components, when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, for as long as the product is covered in its original covering material.

TWO YEARS:
Divon warrants to the original retail purchaser all Sleeper Mechanisms for two years from the date of retail purchase. Cushions are covered by this warranty against loss of resiliency for two years from the date of retail purchase. Loss of resiliency does not include any slight softening of a cushion or the flattening of the fiber top.

ONE YEAR:
Divon warrants to the original retail purchaser all Sleeper Mattresses for one year from the date of retail purchase. Fabric coverings, other than Customer’s Own Material (COM), are covered by this warranty for one year from the date of retail purchase against breakdown, seam slippage, shrinkage, nap loss and dye transfer.
All Other Parts of Divon products are covered by this warranty for one year from the date of retail purchase.

OBLIGATION:
Divon’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Divon’s choice, any furniture component covered by this warranty and found by Divon to be defective upon return (at owner’s expense) of said furniture or part to Divon.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
DIVON MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

This warranty applies only when you have purchased the Divon furniture for your own normal indoor household use and not for resale or commercial use, which includes rental, business, and institutional or other non-residential use.

This warranty does not apply if your Divon product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in Divon furniture, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover such minor differences, or differences between floor samples or catalogs and your furniture.

DIVON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. By this Divon means any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. In no event shall the responsibility of Divon exceed the original manufactured cost of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Except for such other rights, the remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of Divon’s responsibilities.

TO FILE A CLAIM:
The best way to file a claim is to contact your retailer, as that may reduce your expenses of shipping the defective parts to Divon. However, should contacting your retailer be impossible, please send this warranty page along with your proof of purchase containing retailer name and address, date of purchase as well as style, item and fabric names to:
